Shelby Nowlin has been a Registered Dietitian since 2019. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, AR, and earned a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Systems from University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. Shelby has experience in multiple areas of nutrition including food service, clinical, and community locations—but overall enjoys outpatient nutrition education. She was a Clinical RD for 3 years at CHRISTUS St. Michaels Hospital in Texarkana, TX, Food Service Production Manager in Arkadelphia, AR at Ouachita Baptist University, WIC Nutritionist for the Department of Health in Arkadelphia, AR and surrounding areas, and was recently involved in bariatric nutrition as the Outpatient Weight Management RD at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, FL. Shelby is originally from North Little Rock, Arkansas and moved to Florida in March of 2023 with her husband, Chase, and two fur children, Grizzy and Pepper, after her husband accepted a Sous Chef position at Disney World. Shelby loves to bake, craft, read, and go to the beach and Disney parks with her husband on the weekends. Shelby has always had a love of wellness through nutrition and physical activity and enjoys helping others achieve their goals to become the best version of themselves.

Nicole possesses a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor’s degree in Science. Furthermore, she is a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist and Group Exercise Instructor. With a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry, Nicole has worked in diverse settings, including inpatient care, research, factory work conditioning, and training general populations. Her primary objective is to educate individuals about wellness resources and empower them to lead a healthier lifestyle. During her leisure time, Nicole indulges in activities such as traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Chip Bryant, RN, TTS earned his nursing degree from West Virginia University. His career has focused on neurology, and medical and cardiovascular intensive care. He believes education, commitment and a positive attitude are key to achieving and maintaining personal health and wellbeing. Chip helps his patients create lifestyle goals, and action plans that promote personal balance, focus and health and wellbeing. Chip provides encouragement to enable patients to confidently make needed changes one step at a time.
