  • GENERAL
    What is My Health Onsite? My Health Onsite delivers advanced personalized healthcare solutions to employers that enhance patient engagement while proactively improving health outcomes. Our Employee Health & Wellness Center includes FREE routine checkups, sick visits, and acute condition treatment. Providers can see children from the ages of 8 (at most locations) and up for non-urgent acute care such as sore throats, earaches, bumps and scrapes. What type of providers are available to members? Our medical team includes primary care physicians and mid-levels, occupational medicine providers, registered nurse educators, exercise physiologists and registered dietitians who meet members where they are on their health and wellness journey and provide personalized guidance and tools to support behavior change and healthy habits to prevent and reduce health risks. How much does it cost to utilize My Health Onsite services? Your employer provides access to My Health Onsite for all employees and their family members on medical plan at no cost. How long is a typical provider appointment at My Health Onsite? At My Health Onsite, members will have increased physician face-time. Our medical team takes time to build strong personal relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a “number.” Are walk-ins allowed at My Health Onsite? Yes, however we encourage members to make appointments in order to guarantee your spot. We cannot promise that all walk-ins will be seen.
  • OUR SERVICES
    What type of services are provided at by My Health Onsite? Employees can be seen at My Health Onsite for colds, sore throats, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, annual medical evaluations, school physicals, lab work, EKG’s, pap smears, blood work, vaccines and much more. Who is eligible to use services from My Health Onsite? Access to My Health Onsite is available exclusively to our members. Eligibility depends on the organization; services may be available to dependents and children 8 and up. What are some of the benefits of utilizing My Health Onsite services? In addition to no charge for utilizing services at My Health Onsite, we offer free onsite prescriptions, lab work, vaccinations, and timely offsite imaging services. We provide confidential medical records, the convenience of scheduling appointments online, the ability to access personal medical records online, more one-on-one time with providers, a convenient location and an average wait time far less than you will typically experience elsewhere. What is the Vital Health Profile (VHP)? My Health Onsite offers a complimentary personalized health assessment called the Vital Health Profile (VHP), which includes biometric screening and laboratory studies. The VHP gives patients an opportunity to review their results with our medical provider and receive a complete medical evaluation. What is included in the Vital Health Profile (VHP)? The VHP includes a Vital Health History, a nurse visit with complete biometrics and annual labs, as well as a provider visit where labs are reviewed and a medical evaluation is performed. Can members bring in an “Outside Lab Order” from their doctor and get them drawn through My Health Onsite? Yes, but outside lab orders need to be discussed and approved during an appointment with a provider at My Health Onsite. Outside labs cannot be drawn during a “New Patient Lab” appointment (a nurse-only visit). Are prescriptions available to members at the Employee Health & Wellness Center? My Health Onsite has over 200+ generic medications ready to dispense onsite for acute treatments and chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, high blood pressure and much more. Getting a prescription dispensed at the Employee Health & Wellness Center is fast and convenient. Typically, prescriptions are dispensed at the time of your provider appointment. Are Well-Woman appointments available at My Health Onsite? Yes. My Health Onsite is your complete source for improving health and boosting productivity. Through our interactive patient portals and our onsite or near-site health centers, you will find easy access to the transformative power of onsite primary care and personalized services. We make prevention our number one goal. Our medical team, registered nurse educators and registered dietitians meet you where you are and provide personalized guidance and tools to support behavior change and healthy habits to prevent and reduce health risks. Are Imaging Services available at My Health Onsite? Yes. My Health Onsite provides on-site x-ray imaging services at most locations. We also can order MRI’s, CT scans, and other imaging studies at outside facilities. With some employers, we have contracted to provide these outside imaging services at significantly reduced patient cost.

    Are health and wellness programs available to members? My Health Onsite is your complete source for improving health and boosting productivity. Through our interactive patient portals and our onsite or near-site health centers, you will find easy access to the transformative power of onsite primary care and personalized services. We make prevention our number one goal. Our medical team, registered nurse educators and registered dietitians meet you where you are and provide personalized guidance and tools to support behavior change and healthy habits to prevent and reduce health risks. Patients may access a range of free medical services such as: Lab Services, Preventive Care Appointments, Personalized Wellness & Nutrition Coaching, Well-Women Appointments, and many more! What wellness services are offered at My Health Onsite? Through top-rated medical partnerships and interactive e-health portals, employers and plan members reap the benefits of holistic medicine, personalized care, and drastically lower healthcare costs. By focusing on early interventions, risk identification, and patient compliance, our first-class medical teams are able to treat and manage member health. Our top education programs include: Eating Healthy and Weight Loss, Tobacco Cessation, Diabetes Management, and many more. Does My Health Onsite offer Face-to-Face Wellness Coaching? Yes. My Health Onsite offers onsite health coaching that includes dietitians, exercise physiologists, and nurse educators to help guide patients towards improved optimal health. In addition to face-to-face coaching, we offer a Vital Investment Program (VIP). The VIP program includes online webinars, a personalized health assessment, and much more. All services we offer are completely FREE for all eligible patients.
  • PATIENT PORTAL
    How do members access the Patient Portal? Once registered, members can go to www.my-patientportal.com which goes to the Patient Portal Login page. On the Patient Portal page, members simply enter their User Name and Password to log in and are able to book, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Where can members access patient forms? Members can access patient forms through the Patient Portal or at the Employee Health & Wellness Center. How do members download the mobile app? Open App Store® from your iPhone® or Google Play™ from your Android phone, search healow app and download. Tap in the App Store or Install in Google Play. NOTE: Make sure the application installed is the one developed by eClincalWorks®, LLC.
  • PRIVACY
    Do employers have access to patient's medical records? No. My Health Onsite is mandated by Federal HIPAA Regulations to not provide any personal medical health information to your employer, or anyone for that matter, without your written consent.
